Hired a car for a Quick trip to Romania. Car was this year model, only 30k km in the odometer, immaculate condition. Bsmart arranged an airport pickup for a small charge, agent was helpful, friendly and spoke flawless English. Drop off was seamless, fast, and refund of deposit was done within an hour. Could not recommend them more for car hire in Bucharest.

Excellent service. The fleet manager (I think his name is Aramis) explained everything in detail and was extremely helpful. I rented a Dacia Sandero Stepway for 20 days in peak season August for 480 euros. The car was brand new, had less than 1000km. Pretty much all their fleet is new and constantly renewed. And the prices are materially lower compared to the international car renting companies. Furthermore, you don't need to provide your credit card, only a standard guarantee deposit is required (300 euros for the sandero) payable by card or cash. The deposit was swiftly returned after I returned the car. Will definetly rent from them again in the future.

Rented a car for 4 days, the staff took the time to explain all the paperwork. I was happy with the late model car I got and return it was a breeze. Would definitely rent from them again.
