You need a valid driver's license and ID when renting a car.

1. IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT
2. DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Must have been issued at least one year prior to the date of rental;
• Must be issued by the authorities of the country in which you are resident.

Debit or credit cards issued by Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment.

Any person renting a car must be at least 21 years old and no older than 65 years old, and must have a driving license that has been valid for at least 1 year at the date of conclusion of the contract with BSMART RENT A CAR.

The rental car is insured only for the person who is the holder of the contract. If other people intend to drive, those people must be mentioned in the rental contract at the time of opening the contract. There is a fixed fee for each additional driver.

All BSMART RENT A CAR cars are rented with a full tank and must be refueled before returning them to the Bsmart office. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missing fuel.

The guarantee will be refunded upon delivery, in full, if the car was returned in the same conditions in which it was taken over from BSMAR RENT A CAR, together with all documents, accessories and equipment. 

Various amounts may be withheld from the guarantee to remedy defects or if accessories or options are missing upon return of the car or if it is returned damaged and the damage was caused by the customer.

We understand that you may be late and we try to be flexible. If you return your car late or need to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible. If you return your car later than scheduled without notifying the rental office or without extending your rental, you will be charged an additional late return fee.

The car reservation is considered completed after validation of the data transmitted online, namely by providing the identity document and driving license in electronic format.
